Education: Masters in management / Tourism

Experience: 6+ years in Tourism/Hospitality with Government Procurement experience

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end government procurement and bid processes for tourism projects.
- Hands-on expertise in GeM and government e-procurement portals, including RFP/tendering, bid management, evaluation and award processes.
- Strong understanding of tourism schemes including SASCI, SDD, OSOGD and other relevant initiatives.
- Coordinate with Tourism Departments, government agencies, PSUs, hospitality players and other tourism stakeholders.
- Drive procurement strategy, vendor management and project execution in line with government guidelines.

Desired Profile

- Proven government procurement and bid process management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GeM, government procurement procedures and tourism schemes.
- Established network with government and tourism stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
