Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring Sampling percentage VS Hit Rate to ensure efficiency.
Monitoring TAT for all the FCU activities.
Supervise and lead a team of FCU Cluster Managers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Investigating process violations and publishing of formal reports with details on root cause and fixation of same.
Ensuring end to end investigation of all cases related to fraud and taking it to logical conclusion.
Responsible for Stakeholders management for smooth functioning of the department.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring that the deadlines are met and resources are utilized effectively.
Undertake fraud risk assessment in KYC, Financial Frauds (vendor/employee/customer), collection settlements and other referred investigations.
Periodic Fraud analysis to identify possible risks and propose suitable solutions to mitigate the fraud risk.
Maintaining, coordinating and collation of MIS for the regions.




Review and analyses of dashboards and MIS reports on regular basis for trigger identification and Cluster Manager performance evaluation.
Review of Portfolio and analysis for implementing the sampling triggers.
Highlight process gaps/failures and suggest necessary changes to the product team.
Initiate new processes to eliminate the gray area in operational activities and monitor the implementation.
Overall responsible for meeting cost budget targets for the region.
Effective implementation of audit/regulatory observations.
Ensure accurate and timely Compliance and Regulatory [RBI] Reporting of FMRs to meet compliance obligations and maintain organizational adherence to Regulatory standards.
Responsible for handling SCN and Nature Justice process for all fraud reporting cases to RBI.

Responsible for providing timely training [Dos and Don’ts – FCU Advisory] to develop staff skills and knowledge.
