Pre-Sales & Onboarding Associate

About the Role

You will own the client journey from qualified lead to signed lease agreement. You'll turn inbound and BD-sourced interest into closed, credit-approved deals, then hand them to Key Account Management. This role sits between sales, credit, legal, and operations, and it decides how fast we convert pipeline into deployed assets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead qualification: Screen leads on fleet size, use case, deployment geography, and credit profile. Prioritise the pipeline and keep the CRM accurate.
- Vehicle demos: Schedule and run product demos and test rides, and explain the vehicle's specs, TCO, and uptime benefits relative to the client's operations.
- Proposals and commercials: Prepare customised proposals, pricing sheets, and TCO comparisons in line with approved commercial guardrails.
- Term sheets: Draft term sheets covering tenure, rentals, security deposit, and service scope. Track revisions through to client acceptance.
- Credit documentation: Collect and verify the underwriting pack (KYC, financials, bank statements, GST, ITR,



customer contracts), and follow up with credit until approval.
- Agreement execution: Coordinate lease agreement drafting with legal, run the signing process, and track deposits and conditions precedent.
- Handover to KAM: Deliver a complete handover pack covering client context, commercials, delivery schedule, and open items, so account management and operations start cleanly.

What Success Looks Like

- Lead-to-sign conversion rate and cycle time (TAT at each stage)
- Complete credit files submitted first time, with no back-and-forth
- Zero-gap handovers, meaning no commercial surprises after signing

What We're Looking For

- 2 to 5 years in B2B sales support, pre-sales, deal desk, or client onboarding, ideally in leasing, NBFC, fleet, EV, or logistics. OEM
- Familiar with credit documentation and KYC processes
- Solid Excel/Sheets and presentation skills; CRM experience is a plus
- Highly organised and follow-up-driven
- Fluent in English and Hindi
