Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Manage and guide production workers and supervisors.
- Coordinate with HR, Design, Purchase, Stores and Quality departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Maintain safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 10 Plus years of experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in material handling
Equipment, engineering or fabrication industry.
- Good knowledge of fabrication, assembly and shop-floor operations.
- Positive leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: As per Industry standard and depending on experience and suitability
