Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of delivery executives to ensure timely and effective last mile delivery of packages.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize route planning, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, operations) to resolve issues related to inventory management, transportation scheduling, and delivery execution.
- Analyze performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, customer complaints, and driver productivity to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in courier/logistics industry with expertise in last mile delivery.
- Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems and ability to analyze data for optimization purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
