Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasion, budget, and styling needs.
- Provide personalized recommendations across Sarees, Bridal, Indo-Western, Mens and other fashion categories.
- Demonstrate solid product knowledge, including fabrics, designs, collections, pricing, and product features.
- Assist customers throughout the complete sales journey, from product selection to billing and after-sales support.
- Drive individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and selling techniques.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Ensure proper product presentation, merchandising, and upkeep of the sales floor.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager, Key Executive, Alteration Team, and other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and support CRM/clienteling activities.
- Ensure adherence to Kalki Fashion's grooming, uniform, attendance, discipline, and customer-service standards.
- Actively participate in store campaigns, new collection launches,



events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and minimize customer walk-outs.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
- 1–4 years of experience in fashion, luxury, premium retail, bridal, ethnic wear, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and selling abilities.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
- Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates from premium/luxury fashion brands will be preferred.
