Job Purpose: Lead Finance & Accounts operations and ensure accurate accounting, statutory compliance, financial

reporting, cash-flow management and effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall Finance & Accounts operations.
- Supervise Accounts Payable, Receivables and General Ledger.
- Lead monthly and annual closing activities.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations and financial records.
- Manage GST, TDS and other taxation activities.
- Monitor cash flow, banking and working capital.
- Prepare MIS and management reports.
- Support budgeting and financial planning.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and statutory authorities.
- Ensure statutory and accounting compliance.
- Establish and improve financial controls.
- Guide and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.
