This role will partner with the merchandising leadership team to drive data-led decision making across Retail and B2B businesses. The role will own business performance analyses, inventory productivity, sell-out reporting, and strategic initiatives

• Own category P&L; by driving revenue, gross margin, ASP, sell-through, markdown %, and category profitability across website,
Amazon, Myntra, and retail.
• Build and execute category growth roadmaps by identifying white spaces, reviewing category contribution, and planning seasonal and
channel-wise assortment.
• Lead pricing strategy including price ladders, premium positioning, markdown planning, promotion architecture, and hero SKU
commercial ownership covering homepage and marketplace visibility.
• Manage full product lifecycle from Launch to Scale to Mature to Markdown to Exit, with transparent criteria to scale, optimize, or exit SKUs
based on early performance.




• Track NPD success at 7/14/30-day milestones covering sell-through, ROAS, reviews, returns, exchanges, repeat purchase, and gross
margin. Trigger repeat orders when FDOC falls below 65 days.
• Build demand forecasts, inventory projections, and business reviews. Monitor sales, ASP, margins, inventory ageing, weeks of cover,
and stock availability to support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning.
• Close the customer insight loop by analyzing returns, exchanges, and feedback to share actionable inputs with Product Development
and Design.
• Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Automate reporting and analytical
processes to enable faster decision-making.
