Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on engineer with robust expertise in application monitoring, observability, and integration, capable of owning application support from development through production. The ideal candidate combines monitoring tool expertise (AppDynamics/Zabbix) with solid programming and API integration skills to support end-to-end application lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance using observability tools (AppDynamics, Zabbix or any other tools)
- Onboard new applications onto monitoring platforms and manage tool migrations (e.g., AppD to Zabbix or Similar)
- Design and implement integrations between systems using REST APIs
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python
- Support the full application lifecycle from development and deployment through production support
- Manage code effectively, including version control, branching, and release processes




- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability
- Contribute to root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in monitoring and support processes

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with AppDynamics and/or Zabbix (or similar APM/monitoring tools)
- Strong understanding of observability principles metrics, logs, tracing, alerting
- Proficiency in REST API design, integration, and troubleshooting
- Solid Python programming and scripting skills for automation
- Experience with code management tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows
- Practical experience supporting applications in production environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently on system-level integration challenges

Good to Have

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- ITIL or incident management process familiarity
