Job Description: Order and Delivery Management Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Order and Delivery Management Executive to support FIM 3PP supply operations, coordinate with customer, category leads, internal orders team and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. The role will also support project coordination, maintain reliable supply and order data, and communicate effectively with customers, project team, account team, suppliers, logistics partners, and cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, customer-focused, and comfortable working with Excel to track orders, analyse supply information, prepare reports, and identify potential delivery risks.

Qualification required: Graduate in any stream with minimum 50% passing Experience : Relevant experience of minimum 5 years

Key Responsibilities

Order and Delivery Management

- Manage the order life cycle from order entry and confirmation through delivery, closure, and post-delivery follow-up.
- Review orders for completeness, accuracy, pricing, requested delivery dates, quantities, and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with supply planning, procurement, warehouse, logistics, sales, finance, and customer service teams to fulfil orders on time.




- Monitor order status, delivery schedules, backorders, shortages, delays, and changes in customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate order records in excel
- Provide regular updates on order progress, expected delivery dates, risks, and required actions.
- Investigate delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
- Support invoice readiness by ensuring order, shipment, delivery, and acceptance information is complete and accurate.
- Follow established processes, controls, and compliance requirements for order and delivery execution
- Should comply to Ericsson values and principles, do all required trainings proposed by the HR.

Reporting and Data Management

- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on order status, delivery performance, backlog, supply risks, and project progress.
- Use Excel to maintain trackers, reconcile data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Apply formulas, filters, sorting, conditional formatting, pivot tables, and charts to manage and present information effectively.
- Validate data quality and resolve discrepancies between order, supply, shipment, and delivery records.
