Key Responsibilities:

- Teach English as per the prescribed curriculum and develop students reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Prepare effective lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources.
- Demonstrate robust subject knowledge and classroom management.
- Foster 21st-century skills including critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, and resilience.
- Manage student behaviour effectively and demonstrate strong time management, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Promote acceptance,



inclusivity, and a positive classroom environment.
- Support students’ social and emotional development through effective mentoring and guidance.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and co-curricular programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with B.Ed.
- 2-5 Yrs of teaching experience in a School
- Excellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Strong social and emotional intelligence, adaptability, and commitment to student development.
