- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate skills, and make recommendations for selection.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-11 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Robust understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
