Key Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment
- Strong experience working with Direct Clients and Implementation Clients
- Excellent understanding of the US IT recruitment lifecycle
- Strong hands-on experience with Boolean Search and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms
Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS
- Good understanding of US work authorization types and IT skill sets
- Strong candidate engagement, screening, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced recruitment environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
