The MIS Executive Safety will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing and reporting safety-related data from solar project sites. The role will ensure timely and accurate preparation of daily, weekly and monthly safety MIS, dashboards and management reports while coordinating with site safety teams for data collection and closure of pending actions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and consolidate safety data from multiple solar project sites on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain Safety MIS reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
- Track key safety parameters including incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, safety observations and corrective actions.




- Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling information received from different project sites.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of Safety MIS reports and records.
- Support the Safety/EHS team in preparing reports required for internal reviews, client meetings and audits.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts and basic dashboard preparation.
- Positive knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
