Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst to support and enhance our Oracle Fusion HCM platform, focusing primarily on Payroll, Core HR, and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Product, and Technology teams to deliver scalable business solutions, support production operations, drive quarterly release readiness, and expand Redwood and AI-enabled user experiences across the Oracle HCM ecosystem. You will play a key role in functional design, configuration, UAT testing, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Product, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle HCM system solutions
- Lead functional design, configuration, system integration testing, and production support for Core HR, Payroll modules
- Implement and configure Redwood user experiences and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) applications across the Oracle HCM ecosystem
- Support production operations by performing root-cause analysis, troubleshooting complex Payroll and Core HR issues, and delivering timely resolutions
- Coordinate and execute quarterly Oracle HCM release testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and feature adoption strategies




- Drive continuous process improvement and explore opportunities to integrate AI-enabled experiences into existing HR technology workflows
- Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and versatile work arrangements

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience in business systems analysis or ERP software implementation
- 5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud HR and Payroll
- 3+ years of experience performing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting complex Payroll-related system issues
- 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Redwood user experiences and Visual Builder Studio (VBS) solutions within Oracle HCM
- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Time Labor and Absence modules
- Demonstrated experience coordinating UAT and supporting quarterly Oracle Cloud release upgrade cycles

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Core HR and Payroll in a product or platform delivery model
- Solid understanding of end-to-end HCM system integrations and upstream/downstream data flows
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of stakeholder management
