Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and develop accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Translate design concepts into working drawings, construction documentation, and presentation layouts.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure clarity and accuracy of technical drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project-specific requirements.




- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and markups from the design team.
- Conduct site visits when needed for measurement verification and as-built drawing preparation.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives for all active and past projects.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in AutoCAD and proficiency in Revit are mandatory.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in tools like AutoCAD Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for creating 2D and 3D drawings.
- Knowledge of architectural drafting standards, such as creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max for rendering and visualization (preferred for advanced roles).

- Precision in creating accurate, error-free technical drawings.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret and refine designs.
- Resolving design conflicts or inconsistencies in plans.
- Meeting project deadlines while managing multiple drawings or revisions.
