Required Skills

- Experience in color development in R&D; fiber within the master-batch or polymer industry.
- Take care of all developments.
- Formulation in R&D;
- IV of all polyster MB
- Current shade development for Textile as per customer requirement.
- Selection of Colorant chemistry as per application requirement for textile and flooring yarn.
- Selection of Colorant chemistry as per application requirement for textile and Flooring yarn like ( Bathrugs , Automotive , General textile, outdoor textile and carpet) and polymer PET, PP..
- Regular Library database upgradation in spectrophotometer software for quick color matching
- Product evaluation & trails for cost reduction .
- Work with quality control lab during production to ensure product Conformity with standards.
- Responsible for processing handling & problem shootout during plant Operation.
- Online & offline Correction of Rejected MB from Q.C.
- Customer complaint handling
- RECIPE/ FORMULATION EVALUTION & ANALYSIS FROM SPECTRO PHOTOMETER.
- Presentation & shade card preparation for customer & libraryRole & responsibilities
