Role & responsibilities

- Independently delivering retail property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard.
- Managing suppliers, designers and fit-out contractors.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders like information technology, marketing, procurement and business development teams to ensure adherence to brand standards and store opening schedule.
- Ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.
- Overseeing the tender, drawings, BOQ and estimates.
- Resolving site related queries.
- Managing renovations and redesigning of current stores and projects.

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years' experience in retail fit-out and a total of 5 years of experience in architecture/interior designing and site supervision.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (preferably architecture/interior designing/ any engineering major) from an accredited university

• Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, food control, drainage, etc.) • Membership of a skilled body. • Must be able to multitask well and must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
