Position: Prepress Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare artwork files for printing and ensure they are print-ready as per production requirements.
- Handle colour separation, trapping, imposition, and prepress file preparation.
- Prepare accurate key line drawings (KLD) of mono cartons as per customer specifications.
- Coordinate with clients for artwork corrections, approvals, and packaging development.
- Receive artwork in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator, make necessary modifications, and share PDF proofs with clients for approval.
- Assist clients in developing new mono carton packaging designs and ensure artwork feasibility.
- Coordinate with production, printing, and punching departments to ensure error-free job execution.
- Verify dimensions, folding, cutting,



creasing, and other technical specifications before final approval.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator is essential.
- Sound knowledge of mono carton manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Experience in artwork preparation, colour separation, and KLD development.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients.
- Experience in a printing or packaging company will be preferred.

Experience: 25 years in prepress, printing, or packaging.
Location: Ramtekdi Industrial Estate, Hadapsar, Pune.
