Role Summary

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET technologies. Lead technical design, mentor team members, ensure secure and high-quality software delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.

Implement secure APIs using JWT, OAuth2 and industry security best practices.

Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements.

Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services and other Azure PaaS services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures and perform database performance tuning.

Follow SOLID principles, Dependency Injection and design patterns.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and production defects.





Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills / Experience

8-16 years of experience in .NET application development.

Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.

Experience with JWT authentication and OAuth2.

Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL and database design.

Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and Dependency Injection (Microsoft DI/Autofac).

Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus).

Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines is preferred.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Leadership experience managing or mentoring a team of 45 developers.

Robust communication, collaboration, estimation and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred).

Experience with JavaScript, Angular or React is an advantage.

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus.
