Understands the AS-IS system involving ERP and CRM : High-level use cases/features, Process flow, challenges.

Platform Intended role Salesforce Primary source for customer and electronic contract information NetSuite Core ERP and source of the official customer invoice ServiceNow Order Management Receive orders, separate them into the required delivery activity, and connect orders with projects, work orders, staffing, and services MuleSoft Principal integration and orchestration layer connecting the platforms Celigo Existing Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration expected to be replaced or rationalized through the MuleSoft design





1.Understands the to-be system features and come out with the Product Backlog and features
2. Gather requirements, Analyze and Create a detailed BRD
3. Convert and document the business requirements into system requirements and create user journey, process flows, use cases / user stories

4.Excellent communication skills and client facing skills to work independently.

5. Shift schedule until 1PM EST (Mandatory)
