Job Summary

We are looking for Insurance Telesales Executives to handle sales and customer interactions for Medical and Motor Insurance products supporting our India and Dubai operations.

The role involves lead generation, outbound/inbound calls, insurance quotations, renewals, customer follow-ups, policy servicing, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads for Medical and Motor Insurance.
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Sell individual/family medical insurance and motor insurance policies.
- Prepare insurance quotations and assist with policy issuance, renewals, and cancellations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Assist customers with documentation and initial claim reporting where required.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in CRM.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and escalate critical issues appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 2 years of experience in Insurance Sales,Telesales, Customer Service, or BPO/Call Centre.
- Experience in Medical or Motor Insurance is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Arabic or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Target-oriented with a solid customer-service mindset.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Higher Secondary with relevant experience may be considered.
