Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in financial performance.
- Develop and maintain MIS systems using Tally software to track inventory levels, sales data, and other key metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory filings with relevant authorities.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting role.
- Proficiency in MIS preparation and reporting using Tally software.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting principles and regulations (e.g. GAAP).
- Ability to analyze complex financial data using VLOOKUP functions.
