Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment:

- Lead the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to offer acceptance, for various departments and levels within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

2. Sourcing and Outreach:

- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

3. Candidate Evaluation:

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Administer assessments and tests, as needed, to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles.

4. Interview Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.

Candidate Engagement and Experience:

- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing inquiries, providing timely feedback, and maintaining professionalism.

6. Data Management and Reporting:

- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

7. Recruitment Strategy:

- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process.

8. Employer Branding:

- Assist in developing and promoting the company's employer brand through job advertisements, social media, and other relevant platforms.

Requirements:

- Information Technology services and System Integration project sales related domain experience of 8+ years in end-to-end recruitment including for senior-level positions.
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (masters degree preferred).
- Proven expertise in sourcing and identifying passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close job offers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
- Professional certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar are a plus.
