1. As a Regional Business Manager (2nd line manager position) you will based at Pune HQ to handle Sales & Business Development of Acute Segment covering Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC & Latur for reputed Pharma company.
2. You will ensure achievement of budget, new product launches & Retention / Development of team of ABM's & MR's and achieving high PCPM and target achievement.
3. You will handle scientific / medical promotions and effective implementation of strategies.
4. You should be good in Man/ Management and Administrative Control on Field Force.
5. You will be responsible for effective and also helping them to achieve targets.
Required Candidate Profile
1.
You should be B.Sc or Science or Pharmacy Graduate with 10-12 years experience in Pharma Sales out of which 2-3 years as Regional Sales Manager handling of Acute Segment covering Pune, Kolhapur, Solapur, PCMC & Latur for reputed Pharma company.
2. You should be good in Man/ Management and Business Development.
3. You should have positive experience in scientific / medical promotions , launching new products and effective implementation of strategies.
4. You should be good in Maintaining Administrative Control on Filed Force.
