Coordinate contract finalization, work orders and contractor onboarding.

B. Contract Governance

Monitor contractor compliance with contractual terms, SLAs, KPIs and timelines.

Ensure adherence to applicable mining laws, rules and statutory requirements.

C. Mining Statutory Compliance

Ensure compliance with Mines Act, 1952, applicable mining rules and regulations, and DGMS requirements.

Monitor contractor compliance with safety, manpower, working hours, records and other statutory obligations.

Coordinate with Mines, Safety, HR and statutory authorities for compliance and inspections.

D. Claims & Dispute Management

Manage contractual claims, variations, extensions and disputes.

Coordinate with Legal, Operations and other stakeholders for resolution.

E. Cost & Contract Optimization

Structure contracts, rate contracts and work orders to optimize project costs.

Review contract terms and identify opportunities for operational and contractual improvement.

F. Contract Closure

Ensure timely renewal, completion and closure of contracts.

Verify fulfilment of contractual obligations and closure of pending issues.
