Position: Sr.Admission Counselor /AM -Admissions

Reporting To: Program Leader

Job Summary
The Sr. Counselor /AM -Admissions is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, counseling them regarding courses and career opportunities, and achieving admission targets. The role requires strong communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online admission inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and Whats-app.
- Explain fee structure, course curriculum, and institute policies to candidates.
- Maintain and update student inquiry records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth admission processing.




- Conduct campus tours and assist during seminars, workshops, and admission events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Prepare daily follow-up and admission reports for management.
- Build solid relationships with students to ensure a positive admission experience.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (PG/MBA preferred) with 3+years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer relationship management.
