E-Commerce Specialist(Amazon, Flipkart)

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Upload, optimize, and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design, and sales) to ensure smooth execution of online strategies
- Monitor product performance, analyze sales data, and recommend strategies to increase visibility and sales
- Ensure timely order processing, shipment coordination, and return/refund management
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies to stay competitive in the market
- Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, deals, and promotions
- Generate reports on product performance, marketplace KPIs, and customer insights
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers and resolve operational issues quickly
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform policies, and tools

Skills & Qualifications

- Education:



Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management
- Platform Expertise: Knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other e-commerce systems
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret data
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination capabilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Execution: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
