Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to develop B2B business across Austria, Switzerland, Slovenia and relevant Central European markets, excluding Germany, promoting India and the Indian Subcontinent.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales and business development across assigned markets.
- Build relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and key trade partners.
- Develop new business, manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Represent Indo Asia Tours at trade fairs, sales missions and client meetings.
- Support market-specific marketing and product development.
- Provide market insights and maintain sales pipeline and MIS.
- Coordinate with Operations, Contracting and Presales teams to support client requirements.

Candidate Profile





- 10+ years experience in international travel trade sales/business development.
- Fluency in German preferred; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Robust relationships with Central European travel trade preferred.
- Experience selling India/Indian Subcontinent travel preferred.
- Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, experiences and costing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially driven, ethical and professional.
- International travel is mandatory.
