KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Financial Excellence

1. Freight Management

- Manage and control freight costs in comparison to FY2223 benchmarks.
- Ensure cost optimization initiatives do not impact dispatch timelines or customer service.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
- Monitor and analyze freight cost trends and develop corrective action plans.

B. Quality Excellence

2. Warehouse Audit & Compliance

- Ensure warehouse processes and documentation are always audit-ready.
- Maintain accurate records aligned with compliance requirements.
- Conduct periodic internal audits to identify gaps and initiate corrective measures.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory norms across warehouse operations.

3. Audit & Compliance – Process Standardization

- Standardize key warehouse processes across all CWHs (Central Warehouses).
- Develop and implement process maps aligned with operational matrices.
- Drive consistency in execution to ensure predictability, compliance,



and efficiency.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory inspections.

C. Operational Excellence

4. Timely Dispatch of Recent Products

- Create and implement a process for updating all required SAP parameters.
- Ensure all documentation is completed before the physical arrival of new products at the warehouse.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support timely product dispatches.
- Monitor dispatch readiness and resolve operational issues proactively.

D. Learning & Growth

5. Team Skill Upgradation

- Identify training needs within the warehouse/SCM team.
- Develop team members for next-level responsibilities through structured training plans.
- Mentor and support staff in improving technical, operational, and behavioral competencies.
- Build a high-performing team culture that supports growth and efficiency.
