Job Objective

Manages the Materials function within the department by overseeing the specific procurement and ensures best quality rates available as per budget, pre-laid processes (Materials manual). Assists the Materials Department with a view to maximise profitability and achieves desired financial results.

Essential Job Tasks

- Evaluating products, price and quality.
- Vendor evaluations to be carried out on periodic basis.
- Negotiating contracts for the hotel and working out on the agreements with suppliers for product delivery.
- Monitoring the market rates on periodic basis.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline

Work Experience





- 02 - 03 years experience in the field of hospitality

Languages Needed in Position

- Should be fluent in both English, Hindi and preferably the Regional dialect.
