Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using DevOps tools and practices.
- Design and implement observability solutions using Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Monitor application performance, system health, and infrastructure reliability.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Build dashboards, alerts, and reports for proactive monitoring.
- Ensure system availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and support teams to improve platform reliability.




- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services.
- Hands-on experience in DevOps tools and processes.
- Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Expertise in Grafana for monitoring and dashboard creation.
- Experience with OpenTelemetry for distributed tracing and observability.
- Valuable understanding of Observability, Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
