- Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant Customer Support (International Non-Voice)
- Location: IntouchCX, 92/1 B, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore
- Shift Timings: Rotational Night Shifts
- Perks: 2-way Cab Facility + Food
- Compensation: 16,000 to 24,000 per month
- Requirements: Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM (Words Per Minute) with 80% accuracy and above

What to Expect During the Interview

1. HR Round: Discussion regarding culture fitment,



shift flexibility, and salary expectations.
2. Assessment Round: Typing test and evaluation of English language proficiency (written/comprehension).
3. Operations Round: Operational discussion with the management team regarding job duties and scenarios.
