Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage government projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, and institutional clients.
- Prepare detailed specifications for project proposals and tenders, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth through effective communication.

Job Requirements :

- 2-19 years of experience in BD (Business Development), PMC (Project Management Consultancy) or similar roles within the building material industry.
- Solid understanding of architectural designs, construction methods, and materials used in government projects.
- Excellent business development skills with ability to prepare compelling proposals and tenders.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
