? Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.

Provide professional and effective customer support.

Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Resolve complaints and service-related issues efficiently.

Maintain accurate customer information and call records.

Follow company policies, SOPs and quality guidelines.

Achieve assigned KPIs, KRAs, quality and productivity targets.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where applicable.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the call.

Excellent English communication skills.

Clear pronunciation and good conversational ability.

Neutral/easily understandable accent.

Strong active listening skills.

Customer handling and objection-handling skills.





Good problem-solving ability.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer and typing skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems is an advantage.

Candidates comfortable working in international/night shifts preferred.

? Eligibility

Education: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales or International Voice Process experience will be preferred.

Good English communication is mandatory.
