- Supervise day-to-day construction/manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with production, design, site, QA/QC, contractors and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor quality, productivity, safety and timelines.
- Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
- Identify and resolve site/production problems.
- Coordinate material requirements, procurement and movement.
- Monitor project/production progress and prepare reports.
- Read and understand structural/shop drawings and ensure correct execution.
