Job Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam.

* Communicate effectively with customers and provide accurate information.

* Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.

* Maintain records of customer interactions and update system data.

* Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

* Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills.

Eligibility Criteria

* Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / ITI / Diploma

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Male and Female candidates can apply.

* Good communication skills in Malayalam are mandatory.

* Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

* Immediate joiners will be given preference.
