- Eligibility & RequirementsEducation: HSC (12th) is mandatory
- Experience: 0–4 years in Telecalling/BPO Sales
- BPO/Telecalling sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work from office 6 days a week
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential and existing donors to inform them about the company's products and services.
- Understand customer/donor requirements and address their queries.
- Follow up with potential donors and persuade them to complete their donations.




- Maintain and update donor information accurately in the database.
- Collect feedback from donors who discontinued or dropped off from a fundraiser and record the reasons.
- Drive sales by effectively communicating the value of the fundraiser and encouraging donations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and increase the donation amount wherever appropriate.
- Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.
