Core Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database

Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales

Follow call scripts while adapting tone based on customer response

2. Lead Generation & Qualification

Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on interest and budget

Update and maintain lead status (hot, warm, cold) in CRM

3. Product/Service Pitching

Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly

Address customer queries and objections confidently

Highlight USPs (unique selling points) to persuade customers

4. Sales Conversion

Close sales over the phone or schedule follow-up meetings/demos for the sales team

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

5. Follow-ups

Maintain consistent follow-up with interested prospects who haven't converted yet

Send reminders about offers, renewals, or pending payments

6. Data & Record Management





Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and customer feedback

Update customer database/CRM with call notes and next steps

7. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers for repeat business or referrals

Handle complaints and escalate unresolved issues to seniors

8. Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly call reports and conversion metrics

Share feedback with the team on customer objections, market trends, or competitor activity

Key Skills Required

Basic computer/CRM knowledge
