Restaurant Manager

Location: SohoWok, Puri Business Hub, Sector 81, Faridabad, Haryana

Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹37,000 per month

SohoWok is a QSR focused on delivering great food, beverages, and customer experiences. We are looking for an energetic and responsible Restaurant Manager who can independently manage day-to-day restaurant operations and lead the team effectively.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage the overall day-to-day operations of the QSR.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a smooth dining experience.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and daily operational requirements.
- Handle opening and closing procedures, cash management, and daily reports.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving restaurant profitability.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
- Ensure beverages, coolers, coffee, and other drinks are prepared and served consistently according to standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain efficient service.
- Help implement strategies to increase sales and control operational costs.




- RequirementsPrevious experience as a Restaurant Manager / QSR Manager / Restaurant Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
- Must know how to prepare beverages, coolers, coffee, and other non-alcoholic drinks.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced QSR environment.
- Solid understanding of hygiene, food safety, and restaurant discipline.
- Sales-oriented with an understanding of profitability and cost control.
- Positive attitude, leadership skills, and a hands-on approach.

- Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹37,000/month, depending on experience and skills.
