? Hiring: Telecaller – Telugu Voice Process: NBFC

Role: Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive

Location: Kothanur & HBR Layout, Bengaluru

Language Required: Telugu + Basic English

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

- ? Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers as part of the NBFC process.
- Communicate with customers primarily in Telugu.
- Explain basic information related to the process/services.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer information.
- Follow the assigned calling targets and process guidelines.
- ? Candidate Requirements: Telugu speaking is mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling/BPO/NBFC experience will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a rotational week-off schedule.
- Candidates who are comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.

? Work Timings:n9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Week Off: Rotational

- ? SalaryFreshers: Up to ₹16,000/month
