Finance Manager – Healthcare Distribution

Location: Kharkana, Secunderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3+ Years

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month

Reporting To: Director

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong experience in Tally, Excel, GST, accounts, inventory accounting and MIS reporting to manage the finance operations of our healthcare distribution business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow.
- Handle Tally accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, credit notes, and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, profitability reports, and variance analysis.
- Manage GST compliance, reconciliations, and statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with sales, inventory, purchase, logistics, hospitals, and vendors.
- Maintain strong financial controls and improve accounting processes.




- Provide regular financial reports and insights to management.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally and Advanced Excel.
- Good knowledge of GST, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, and reconciliations.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, medical devices, or distribution is preferred.
- Positive communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
