Job Opening: Customer Support Associate (Voice Process Hindi & English)

We are currently hiring for our Voice Process (Hindi + English) with 100% Work From Office.

- Resolve customer queries via voice calls

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
- *Freshers are welcome*

Work Details

- Work timing: 24×7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Maximum age limit: 40 years

Skills Required

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- No major MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) for voice process

Interview Process

- HR Round (Video Call; Aadhaar mandatory for WFH)
- Typing Test (Minimum 25 WPM / 90% accuracy)
- Final round (Google Meet; selfie with Aadhaar is mandatory)

Compensation

- Freshers: ₹205830 CTC (Approx. ₹12.4K in-hand/month)(Monthly CTC Approx.: 17.1k)
- *Joining bonus Up to 6k (Applicable to fresher aged 18-24 years who do not have an existing PF account or UAN)*
