Job Summary:We are looking for a Site Engineer to conduct residential home inspections during handover and pre-possession stages. The role involves on-site quality checks, defect identification, report preparation, and client coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:Conduct pre-handover and handover inspections for apartments and villas
- Check civil, finishing, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, and basic MEP works
- Identify construction defects as per BIS / NBC standards
- Use inspection tools (laser level, spirit level, moisture meter, etc.)
- Capture site photos and videos for reporting
- Prepare inspection reports accurately and on time
- Explain defects clearly to clients on site
- Coordinate with internal team for scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain professionalism while dealing with builders and clients
- Ensure inspection quality and brand standards are maintained
- Required Qualifications:Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with site exposure can apply)
- Basic knowledge of residential construction and finishing works
- Ability to travel to multiple sites daily
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred
- Skills & Competencies:Solid observation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English preferred)
- Willingness to learn inspection standards and tools
- Professional attitude and discipline
- Ability to work independently on site
- Tools & Training:Training on inspection process and standards will be provided
- Inspection tools will be provided by the company
