Job DescriptionWe are looking for hardworking and passionate BOH / Kitchen Staff to join our restaurant team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations during service.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare food as per standard recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
- Assist with chopping, cutting, marinating, cooking, plating, and other food preparation activities.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
- Keep kitchen stations, equipment, and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
- Coordinate with the Chef and kitchen team for smooth service.




- Follow kitchen SOPs and minimize food wastage.
- Assist with stock handling and inventory requirements.
- Support opening and closing kitchen duties.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and team-oriented work environment.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in a restaurant or commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 candidates are welcome to apply.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
