Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Executive – Sheet Metal to monitor and maintain product and process quality in sheet metal manufacturing. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of inspection methods, quality tools, customer requirements, and sheet metal manufacturing processes.

- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection of sheet metal components.
- Inspect components as per drawings, specifications, control plans and customer requirements.
- Handle inspection of press parts, sheet metal fabrication, laser-cut, bending, welding and assembly components.
- Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer,



Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain Inspection Reports, Quality Reports and Process Inspection Records.
- Monitor quality at different stages of production and identify defects.
- Analyze rejection, rework and customer complaints and identify root causes.
- Use 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis and CAPA for problem solving.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Tool Room and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal process audits and customer audits.
- Monitor supplier quality and support supplier improvement activities when required.
- Maintain quality records and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement activities to reduce rejection, rework and customer
