We are looking for a Senior Female Counsellor who is:

- Roles and Responsibilities – Admission CounsellorContact prospective students and parents through inbound enquiries, Meta/Facebook leads, referrals, cold data and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Understand each candidate’s score, rank, category, domicile, preferred course, branch, state and budget.
- Provide accurate guidance regarding NEET UG/PG counselling, available colleges, fee structures, eligibility, previous cutoff trends and admission procedures.
- Conduct professional counselling sessions through telephone, WhatsApp, video calls and face-to-face meetings.
- Build trust with students and parents by explaining PIERS EDU’s services, process, fees and terms transparently.
- Handle objections related to service charges, budget, college selection, admission uncertainty and trust.
- Consistently follow up with qualified enquiries and convert them into paid counselling-service bookings.




- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, counselling sessions, bookings and revenue.
- Maintain complete and accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, client notes and conversion status in the prescribed system.
- Coordinate with the counselling, documentation, accounts and management teams after a booking is confirmed.
- Remain updated on official counselling schedules, notifications, rules, seat availability and important deadlines.
- Never provide false commitments, unauthorised guarantees or misleading information regarding admission.
- Submit accurate daily performance reports to the Centre Manager or reporting authority.
- Maintain professional grooming, confident communication, workplace discipline and respectful behaviour.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, performance reviews and skill-development programmes.
- Be willing to travel for seminars, college visits, admission activities and other official assignments.
- Represent PIERS EDU professionally at events and, with prior informed consent, on the company website, official social-media channels and promotional videos.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information, company data, pricing strategies and internal processes.
- Remain adaptable and responsible during peak admission periods and support the team in achieving organisational targets.
- Develop long-term relationships with students and parents to generate referrals and strengthen the reputation of PIERS EDU.
