Position: Industrial Electrician

Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 10+ Years in Industrial Electrical Work

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shift, as per operational requirement)

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician with around 10 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and related electrical work. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and protected operation of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment at the industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial electrical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery, panels, motors, control circuits, and related systems.
- Conduct regular inspection of electrical equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
- Handle installation, maintenance, testing, and repair of electrical wiring, cables, switches, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, and control panels.
- Diagnose electrical problems using appropriate testing and measuring instruments.
- Maintain and troubleshoot industrial motors, starters, control panels, and electrical circuits.
- Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety standards across the facility.




- Carry out electrical repair and maintenance work as assigned by the supervisor/maintenance team.
- Maintain records of electrical maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and replacement of components.
- Follow all company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices while handling electrical equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and electrical spare parts are properly maintained and available when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant industrial electrical experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with electrical panels, motors, starters, relays, contactors, and control circuits.
- Ability to identify and rectify electrical faults independently.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift and respond to breakdown/emergency maintenance requirements.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
