? Position: Tour & Travel AgentWe are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour & Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

- ? Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers’ travel requirements and suggest suitable tour packages.
- Explain package details, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and terms clearly.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with customers before, during, and after their trips.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.




- Maintain customer records and booking details.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries professionally.
- ? Required SkillsExcellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries.
