o Respond to customer inquiries regarding product functionality and troubleshooting steps.

o Conduct product training for customers and end-users as required.

3) Installation & Setup:

o Install and configure products and equipment at customer sites.

o Ensure proper setup and integration with existing systems or infrastructure.

o Create and maintain detailed service reports and records of each job performed.

o Update the client’s equipment history for future reference.

o Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

o Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

o Analyze technical issues and provide efficient solutions.
